Second Chance Society - How to Get Help

If you feel that you qualify for help from Second Chance Society, please go to your Case Manager and have him/her complete with you the 3-page Client Survey and fax it to us. If you meet our criteria, we will arrange an interview with you. If the person interviewing you, recommends that we help you, it must next be approved by a member of our Governing Board. If this approval is granted, we will help you. If you do not have a Case Manager, please call us directly on (954) 763-5999.
