Get A Hand Up!
To receive assistance with the funding of work-related supports (e.g. work tools, licenses, certifications, etc.), a Case Manager must complete the “Hand-Up Program Application” LINKED BELOW. Once successfully submitted, SCS staff will be in touch with the client within 24-48 hours to schedule an interview and further discuss request. The average timeframe from initial application to award is 7-10 business days (determined by client's availability and follow through).
