Our Hand-Up Program provides individuals with the tools, resources, and education needed to create a better future for themselves and their families. We offer personalized support and guidance to those who are ready to make a change in their life.

Get A Hand Up!
To receive assistance with the funding of work-related supports (e.g. work tools, licenses, certifications, etc.), a Case Manager must complete the “Hand-Up Program Application”. Once submitted, a member of our staff will be in touch with the client with 24-48 hours to schedule an interview and further discuss request. The average timeframe from initial application to award is 7-10 business days (determined by client's availability and follow through).
