Danielle Doss, DSW
Executive Director
Dr. Danielle Doss brings more than 17 years of leadership in the nonprofit sector, specializing in the design and delivery of programs that foster self-sufficiency and long-term stability for homeless and low-income families. A proud Spelman College alumna, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, and holds a Doctorate in Social Work from Barry University.

Throughout her career, Dr. Doss has directed initiatives supported by leading institutions such as the Annie E. Casey Foundation and United Way. As Executive Director of Second Chance Society, she integrates trauma-informed practices into program design and service delivery, ensuring that vulnerable communities are engaged with dignity, empathy, and strategic care. Beyond her organizational leadership, she actively consults and volunteers across the sector, equipping nonprofit leaders with tools in performance management and systems thinking to drive stronger outcomes and build lasting organizational capacity.
