Danielle Doss, MNM, CNP
Executive Director
Danielle Doss brings more than 17 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a proven track record of designing and leading programs that promote self-sufficiency and long-term stability for homeless and low-income families. A proud graduate of Spelman College, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Social Work at Barry University.
Throughout her career, Ms. Doss has led impactful initiatives supported by respected institutions such as the Annie E. Casey Foundation and United Way. In her role at Second Chance Society, she integrates trauma-informed practices into program development and service delivery, ensuring that vulnerable populations are met with dignity, empathy, and strategic support. She also consults and volunteers across the sector, equipping nonprofit leaders with tools in performance management and systems thinking to improve outcomes and strengthen organizational capacity.
